An all-inclusive package includes 6 things:

  • Return flights from your UK airport — London Heathrow, Gatwick, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Cardiff, Leeds Bradford or Luton — on Saudia, British Airways, Emirates, Qatar Airways or Turkish Airlines.
  • Umrah visa processing and Nusuk permit support.
  • Hotels in both Makkah and Madinah.
  • Airport transfers and intercity transport between the cities.
  • Guided Ziyarat of the holy sites.
  • 24/7 UK support before and during the trip.

Five things are usually not included, so you can budget for them: meals beyond the included breakfast or half-board option, travel insurance, personal spending, the Haramain High-Speed train (optional add-on), and excess baggage. Women under 45 still travel with a Mahram, and pilgrims bring their own Ihram garments — these are personal requirements, not package inclusions.
