Heathrow, Gatwick or Stansted: Which London Airport Should You Fly From?
Heathrow and Gatwick have Saudia's direct flights to Jeddah; Stansted and Luton depart on connecting routes through a hub, which can be cheaper on some dates. Pick the airport you can reach most easily: Stansted is often the nearest for East and North-East London, Heathrow for West London and Gatwick for the south. From anywhere in Greater London, any booking can add a car or coach from your home to the airport. By rail, Heathrow is on the Elizabeth line and the Piccadilly line, Gatwick on the Gatwick Express and Thameslink, and Stansted on the Stansted Express from Liverpool Street.
DIRECT OR CONNECTING
When Is a Direct Flight From Heathrow or Gatwick Worth It?
A direct Saudia flight is worth paying for when time is short, when you travel with elderly parents or small children, or when you want to stay in Ihram for one flight rather than two. The direct flight from London to Jeddah takes about 6 to 6½ hours; a connecting route takes longer but gives more choice of times and fares. Direct flights land in Jeddah; Madinah-first trips go on by road or take a connecting flight into Madinah.

How Do You Book Umrah From London?
£50 per person holds your booking and is part of the price; 50% of the price is due within 24 hours, and the balance 20 days before departure. The balance can be paid in up to two instalments, and a booking made within 20 days of departure is paid in full once the tickets are issued. Every package with flights is protected by ATOL 74904. Cancellations are made in writing by the lead passenger, and the booking terms apply: see our booking and cancellation terms.
