- Day 1
Mon 21 Dec — Heathrow to Madinah
Your Gulf Air flight leaves London Heathrow for Madinah. A private car meets you at Madinah Airport and takes you to Zowar International, about a 3–4 minute walk from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi. Madinah comes first on this trip, so there is no Ihram on the way out.
- Days 2–3
Tue 22 – Wed 23 Dec — Madinah before Makkah
Two full days at the Prophet's Mosque: daily prayers, salam to the Prophet ﷺ, and a Rawdah visit if you secure a permit in the Nusuk app. The hotel is room only, so meals are bought nearby.
- Day 4
Thu 24 Dec — Ihram, then Makkah
Check out and travel by private car to Makkah. Enter Ihram at Dhul Hulayfah (Masjid Abyar Ali), the Miqat on the Madinah road, then check in at voco Makkah and perform your Umrah.
- Days 5–10
Fri 25 – Wed 30 Dec — Six days at the Haram
voco Makkah is roughly a 12-minute walk from Masjid al-Haram, and its free shuttle runs to the Haram and back around the clock. Your first full day is a Friday, so you can join Jumu'ah at the Haram.
- Day 11
Thu 31 Dec — Jeddah Airport and home
A private car takes you from the hotel to Jeddah Airport for the Gulf Air flight back to Heathrow. Baggage on this fare is one 25 kg bag plus 7 kg hand luggage each.
