- Day 1
Sat 19 Dec — Leave Manchester
Your Qatar Airways journey to Jeddah starts at Manchester. Pack Ihram in your hand luggage and change before the aircraft reaches the Miqat.
- Day 2
Sun 20 Dec — Arrival and Umrah
A private transfer runs from Jeddah Airport to voco Makkah. After checking in, perform Umrah at Masjid al-Haram.
- Days 3–10
Mon 21 – Mon 28 Dec — Nine nights in Makkah
A long Makkah stay over the Christmas holidays: the Haram is about 12 minutes on foot, and the free shuttle runs day and night. Rooms are room only, so eat out or buy food locally. Jumu'ah falls on 25 December.
- Day 11
Tue 29 Dec — On to Madinah
Private transfer from voco Makkah to Zowar International, roughly a 3–4 minute walk from the Prophet's Mosque.
- Days 12–14
Wed 30 Dec – Fri 1 Jan — New Year in Madinah
See in the new year at Al-Masjid an-Nabawi: prayers, salam to the Prophet ﷺ, and Jumu'ah there on 1 January. Rawdah entry needs a Nusuk permit.

Sat 2 Jan — Back to Manchester
Private transfer from the Madinah hotel to Jeddah Airport, a road journey of about four to five hours, for your Qatar Airways flight home.
